We offer Free Shipping, Flat Shipping, and Rush Shipping to all products on our website.

Order Processing Time: When we receive your order, it usually takes 2-3 business days for 24 flats box sets, 3-5 business days for foldable flats with tote, and 5-10 business days and custom orders.

For orders weights less than 2 kg, we ship by USPS, or China Post, usually, it takes approx 12-15 business days; You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.
  • 2. For Canada, we offer free shipping for orders over US$229 on our website. The delivery time from China to Canada is approximately 8-10 business days. Please note that we ship by FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, or SF Express. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.
  • 3. For Mexico, we offer free shipping for orders over US$229 on our website. The delivery time from China to these countries is approximately 7-15 business days. Please note that we ship by FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, or SF Express. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.
  • 4. For the above countries in Europe, Asia, and Oceania, we offer free shipping for orders over US$229 on our website. The delivery time from China to these countries is approximately 8-10 business days. Please note that we ship by Aramex, FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, or SF Express. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.
  • 5. For Mainland China, Hong Kong(China), Macao(China) and Taiwan(China), we offer free shipping for orders over US$14.98. The delivery time from Mainland China to Hong Kong(China) and Taiwan(China) is approximately 3-7 business days.
• Flat Shipping:
  • 1. For Canada, we offer Flat Shipping for orders weight less than 2 kg, we ship by Canada Post, or China Post, and usually, it takes approx 15-20 business days to Canada. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.
  • 2. For the above countries in Europe, Asia, and Oceania, we offer Flat Shipping for orders less than 2 kg, we ship by China Post, usually, it takes approx 15-20 business days to the above countries in Europe, Asia, and Oceania. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.

• Rush Shipping: For an additional fee, we do offer Rush Shipping options that will deliver to the above countries in approx 4-6 business days. For rush shipping, we ship by the fastest shipping methods from Aramex, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.
  • Rush Shipping Cost: Rush shipping varies by quantity and destination but your shipping cost will always auto-calculate at checkout after you put in your order details and shipping address. For example, shipping to the United States is $28 for the first item and $4 for each additional item, so if you need more than one item, please buy them all at once.

Holiday Shipping Cutoff: For the United States, the orders deadline is at 4:00 PM (GMT: 05:00 Eastern Standard Time-New York) one day before the public holiday.

Notice:

1. All International orders are shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please note that buyers/recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges issued by your local government.
