Do you offer returns?

For domestic orders (Inside China), yes, we accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered in China. our policy window is 5 days after delivery; we gladly accept returns for any item(s) that are unworn and are still in original condition/packaging and that were purchased exclusively from https://lumosblue.com. Unfortunately, orders with our coupon, discount, or customized logo/monogram orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Also discounted/sale items “marked as final” are not eligible for return either.

For international orders (Outside China ), we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. At Lumos Blue, we take careful inspection and extra precautions to ensure that our products are well-protected during the packaging process for shipping. In the unlikely event that your order arrive damaged or defective, we will ship a replacement. Please note that any damaged or defective items(products only, do not include the packaging) must be reported within 5 days of delivery by sending an email to info@lumosblue.com, including your order number, full name, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

How do I return the Item(s)?

If your item is unworn and still in its original condition/packaging, you can return the item (s).

To return your item, please follow the process below:

Step 1: Send us an E-mail to info@lumosblue.com, and tell us your order number and what you would like to return for a refund, you will get our reply of receiving your return in 24 hours, and then you can do the next step.

Step 2: Send the item(s) back to us at the returns address below, and please also put a note with your order number into the parcel. You should contact an express company(we suggest SF Express) to pick up the parcel that you want to return to us, and email us the shipping tracking number after returning. The buyer will be responsible for paying for returning shipping costs and making sure the returning shipping arrives at us within 20 business days from the date of receiving our returns reply. Lumos Blue is not responsible for shipments lost in the mail that is being returned。

Please note that if you choose the Rush Shipping method when you order from us, the Rush Shipping costs of your order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of rush shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do I exchange for another size/color?

If you want to exchange for another size or color, we suggest you return the item(s), and order the new item(s).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will finish the item(s) inspection in 2 days. If the returned item(s) are unused and are still in their original condition/packaging after inspection, then you will receive an email that the credit refund will be processed back onto your method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, we only refund product costs.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at info@lumosblue.com.

Restocking Fee:

We charge 20% of the product cost as a restocking fee for the returns.
