Do you offer returns?
Yes, our policy window is 5 days from delivery; we will gladly accept returns for any item(s) that are unworn and still in original condition/packaging and that were purchased exclusively from https://lumosblue.com. Unfortunately, orders with our coupons, discounts, or customized logo/monogram orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items marked “final sale” are also not eligible for return.
How do I return the Item(s)?
If your item is unworn and still in its original condition/packaging, you may return the item(s).
To return your item(s), please follow the process below:
Step 1: Send us an email to [email protected] and tell us your order number and what you would like to return for a refund, you will receive our reply of receiving your return within 24 hours and then you can do the next step.
Step 2: Return the item(s) to us at the return address below and include a note with your order number in the package. You should use an international courier to pick up the package you are returning to us, and email us the tracking number upon return. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and making sure the return shipment arrives with us within 15 business days from the date of receiving our return authorization. Lumos Blue is not responsible for shipments that are lost in the mail while being returned.
Please note that if you choose the rush shipping method when ordering from us, the rush shipping cost of your order is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the rush shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

How do I exchange for another size/color?
If you want to exchange for another size or color, considering the international shipping time may spend 5-20 business days, we suggest you return the item(s), and order the new item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will finish the item(s) inspection in 2 days. If the returned item(s) are unused and are still in their original condition/packaging after inspection, then you will receive an email that the credit refund will be processed back onto your method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, we only refund product costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We charge 25% of the product cost as a restocking fee for the returns.
